What Rizzpond is

Rizzpond reads a conversation you give it, from a screenshot or pasted text, and writes suggested replies in your texting style. The suggestions are written by a machine-learning model run by OpenAI, through our server. They can be wrong, off, or not what you would say. Read every suggestion before you use it.

You decide what to send. Rizzpond copies a reply to your clipboard when you ask it to. It never sends a message, never posts anything and never contacts anyone on your behalf. What you send, and what happens after, is your responsibility.

Rizzpond does not promise that any reply will get a response, a date or any other outcome, and a read of a screenshot can be mistaken about who said what.

Who may use it

• You must be 18 or over.
• You may only scan or paste conversations you are part of. Do not give Rizzpond someone else's chat.
• Do not use Rizzpond to harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone, to contact minors, or for anything unlawful where you live.
• Do not try to get around the daily limits, reverse-engineer the app or its server, or use automated tools against it.

We may close an account that breaks these rules.

Replies are written by an AI

Every reply is generated by a machine-learning model. Nobody writes them by hand, and nothing is picked from a list of stock lines. That means a reply can be wrong about what the other person meant, wrong about who said what in a screenshot, tone-deaf, or simply not something you would ever say. Read it before you use it. Rizzpond gives you words; sending them is a decision only you make, and it is yours.

We make no claim of ownership over the replies Wink writes for you, and we do not promise they are unique — a model can produce similar text for two different people. Use them, change them, ignore them.

Acceptable use

The rules for what you may ask Wink to do have their own page: acceptable use. It is part of these terms and worth two minutes. The headlines are that you must be 18 or over, you may only scan conversations you are part of, and Rizzpond is not to be used to harass, deceive or contact a minor.

Your account

The app creates an anonymous account for you the first time it talks to our server; you do not need to sign up. You can add Sign in with Apple to keep your account across phones and to buy Pro. Keep your phone and your Apple ID secure: whoever holds them can use your account. You can delete your account in the app under You → Account; that removes everything tied to it on our server. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.

Free use and limits

Without a subscription you get three reply requests on your first day and one request a day after that, resetting at your local midnight, each with two replies open and a third shown locked. You also get one Smart scan of a screenshot to try it. If a scan fails or cannot be read well enough to use, it is given back rather than counted. Free accounts have a daily cap on screenshot reads, and the service as a whole has a daily budget; when a cap is reached the app tells you and you can try again the next day. We may change the allowances; the app always shows the current ones.

Rizzpond+

Rizzpond+ is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store, available as a weekly, monthly or yearly plan. With Rizzpond+ you get unlimited screenshot reads and unlimited reply requests for your personal use, a third reply option on every request, and the other features described in the app at the time you buy.

Fair use. "Unlimited" means there is no daily allowance to run out of when you use Rizzpond yourself, for your own conversations. It is not for automated use: bots, scripts, reselling replies or sharing one account between several people are not allowed, and you agree to this in the app's house rules before you start. To keep the service working for everyone, the app paces requests (a handful a minute, more than any person needs) and we may pause an account whose use is clearly automated — far beyond what one person could do in a day — and contact you about it.

The full detail — renewal, cancelling, refunds and what happens when Pro ends — is on the subscription terms page, which is part of these terms. The summary below is the same thing in short.

• Price. The exact price and billing period of each plan is shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm. There is no free trial, so nothing is charged that you have not seen first.
• Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. We never see or hold your payment details.
• Renewal. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, at the price shown when you bought it, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling. You cancel in your Apple settings: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or in the App Store app. Deleting Rizzpond or deleting your Rizzpond account does not cancel the subscription. Apple explains how here: Cancel a subscription from Apple.
• Refunds. Purchases are made from Apple, so refunds are decided and paid by Apple under its terms. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com, or see Request a refund. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
• Restoring. Signed in with Apple, tap Restore in the app to pick your subscription up on a new phone.
• Checks. Our server asks Apple whether your subscription is active whenever Pro matters. If Apple says it has expired or been refunded, Pro switches off.

Your content and the replies

Your conversations, your quiz answers and the texts you type stay yours. You give us permission to process them only as far as needed to run the service, as set out in the privacy policy. The replies Wink writes are for you to use, change or ignore as you please; we make no claim on them and do not promise they are unique. You are responsible for anything you send.

Changes to the service

We may add, change or remove features, limits or plans, and we may pause the service for maintenance or to stop abuse. If a change makes a paid plan materially worse during a period you have already paid for, you can cancel and ask Apple for a refund of the remaining period.

What we are not responsible for

Rizzpond is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what you send, for how anyone responds, for a mistaken read of a screenshot, for a suggestion that misses the mark, or for the app being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract, including your rights under EU and Danish consumer law.

Apple

You are buying the app and any subscription from Apple, and Apple's own terms for the App Store apply to that purchase. Apple is not a party to these terms, has no obligation to provide support for Rizzpond, and is not responsible for the app or its content.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app (and cancelling any subscription with Apple). We may close an account that breaks these terms, or stop the service altogether with reasonable notice in the app.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you live in another EU country you also keep the protection of your own country's mandatory consumer law, and you can bring a dispute before the courts where you live. We are not bound to use an alternative dispute resolution body and do not currently commit to one, but if you would rather not go to court you can find the approved bodies in every EU country on the European Commission's list of dispute resolution bodies. In Denmark, consumer complaints go to Center for Klageløsning at Nævnenes Hus. (The Commission's old ODR platform was switched off on 20 July 2025; if another site still sends you there, that link is dead.)

If you live in the United States, Danish law still governs this agreement, but nothing in it takes away a right your own state's consumer or privacy law gives you and does not let you sign away. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms: we have not asked you to give up going to court, and we are not going to slip one in without saying so on this page first. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, the date at the top moves and the app shows you the change before it applies to you. Continuing to use Rizzpond after that means you accept the new terms.

Names, marks and other people's brands

Rizzpond, the Rizzpond wordmark and Wink are ours. Hinge, Tinder, Snapchat, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Slack, iMessage, Apple and the App Store belong to their own companies. We name them because you need to know which apps you can screenshot, which is an ordinary descriptive use of a name; Rizzpond is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any of them, and we do not use their logos. If you believe something on this site or in the app infringes your trademark or copyright, write to the address below with the mark or work concerned, where it appears, and how to reach you, and we will look at it promptly.
